Pet issues 

The Board of Directors would like to make everyone aware that there has been an ongoing issue with residents abiding by the Pet Policy at Brookshire Condominiums. Every owner and/or tenant MUST follow the rules when it comes to pets at the property. 

This includes, but is not limited to: 
  • Keeping your pet on a leash at all times 
  • Picking up and disposing of any animal feces IMMEDIATELY AFTER it is deposited on the common ground and/or unit patio areas
  • No staking your pets out on common grounds
  • Do not leave your pet outside (staked or otherwise) without supervision
  • Keeping the noise level of you pet to a minimum
  • Dog and/or cats must have proper owner identification (i.e a collar) at all times

Any owner and/or tenant who fails to abide by these rules and regulations can, and will, be subject to a fine being placed on their account.

PARKING NOTICE

TO: All HOMEOWNERS AND RENTERS

As you may be aware, several vehicles have been towed in the past at the owner's expense. This occurred due to the fact the vehicles were parked illegally, i.e., they were blocking other vehicles or parked in "no parking zone" 

It is asked that you please be cautious of where you park to avoid these costly and inconvenient circumstances. The association recommends that if you have more then two vehicles, park the additional ones by the pool or behind 4071-4149 buildings.
