Important Information: If your unit is involved in a sewer back-up, any resulting interior damage is unit owner responsibility. The association will take responsibility for any repairs to the common area drains/lines, but are not responsible for interior repairs to the units. *ALL HOMEOWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO HAVE HOMEOWNER INSURANCE FOR THIS REASON* Trash

Illegally parked vehicles found after hours in NO PARKING zones will be towed at owner’s expense All parking spots are RESERVED unless labeled VISITOR *PLEASE NOTE: Visitors spots are not assigned to any unit in particular and are open to guests of all residents at the association Dog Stations
